Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM), a private higher education institution, located in San Pedro Garza García, N.L. , Mexico, with official recognition by the Ministry of Education, with national accreditation by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB),  the Federation of Mexican Private Higher Education Institutions (FIMPES) and international accreditation by the Southern Association of Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) (1866 Southern Lane, Decatur, Georgia 30033-4097; telephone number 404-679-4501). 

UDEM and DSC agree to work together to: 

  • Organize virtual international seminars or workshops 
  • Create and organize coordinated teaching activities 
  • Exchange researchers and teaching staff, within the framework of the binding provisions between both countries, but, with the decided intention, of removing  
  • academic obstacles, both material and formal, that prevent the agile exchange of faculty and staff from both Institutions 
  • Carry out joint research projects with researchers from both institutions in accordance with budgetary availability and in disciplines of common interest 
  • Promote the participation of faculty and students in activities related to teaching-learning processes virtually or remotely as a means of promoting internationalization strategies and projects at both institutions, 
  • Joinlty design, propose, seek approval at both institutions, and promote Dual Degree Programs, and 
  • Promote student participation in short, spring, summer, or fall study abroad programs, both in-person and virtual
