In 2009, Dalton State students were awarded over $100 thousand in scholarships and awards from Dalton State Foundation funds. Freshmen scholarships are open to any student admitted to Dalton State regardless of HOPE, Pell Grant, or other financial status.  Freshmen must submit their completed scholarship packet and admission application to Dalton State by March 1 to receive consideration for scholarships.  To download the Freshmen Scholarship Packet for 2013-2014, click here.

For consideration of need-based scholarships, students should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA) as soon after January 1 as they can and list Dalton State College as a recipient.  Dalton State’s Title IV School Code is 003956.  The FASFA form is available on-line.
