Former Dalton State students do not have to apply for readmission. If you have been enrolled at DSC,
please download the Change of Status Form, complete it and send it to The Office of Enrollment
Services at:

Returning transient students do not have to apply for readmission. If you have been
enrolled at Dalton State before, please submit a new transient letter from your home school and
download the Change of Status Form, complete it and send it to The Office of Enrollment Services at:

status of your application. This policy also applies to those who were officially accepted but did
not enroll in any classes at DSC.
