Accel
Definition: A Student who is a high school student and wishes to attend Dalton State part-time. Completed courses would apply toward both high school and college credit.
Application Process:
An Accel applicant must submit the following items in order to be considered for admission:
- Application for Admission
- $30 Non-Refundable Application Fee
- Official High School Transcript
- Official SAT or ACT Scores
- Certificate of Immunization
- Accel Participation Permission Form
- Accel Program Application
- Verification of Lawful Presence (students seeking in-state tuition)
Requirements:
An Accel applicant must meet ALL of the listed admission requirements:
Minimum SAT or ACT requirements
SAT = Critical Reading 450, Math 500
ACT = English 19, Math 21
3.0 grade point average in Required High School Curriculum coursework
