Dalton State's Quick Admit Day: Friday, April 26 at the Gilmer Campus and Monday, April 29 at the Dalton Campus - both days 8-5 pm

We want to make it easy for you to come back to college! On Friday, April 26 at the Gilmer Campus and Monday, April 29 at the Dalton Campus, Dalton State will host Quick Admit Day, a one-stop shop for enrolling in Dalton State.

We’ll have Dalton State representatives from Enrollment Services and Financial Aid available to help adult students complete their college applications and Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) forms. We have scheduled morning and afternoon COMPASS Test times for placement testing. We may even be able to advise you and register you for classes the same day.

Those planning to visit either campus for Quick Admit Day should bring with them the following items:

• • Official high school transcript (sealed, not opened)*
• • Official college transcript(s) (sealed, not opened)*
• • $30 application fee • Driver's license issued after January 1, 2008. (If license was issued before January 1, 2008, a certified copy of your birth certificate or a U.S. Passport is required).
• • COMPASS scores,* if available

* Can be mailed in advance to the Office of Enrollment Services, Dalton State College, 650 College Drive, Dalton, GA 30720

* If you have your application for financial aid completed ahead of time, we may be able to tell you on Quick Admit day if you qualify. Go to www.fafsa.gov to apply.
