Chartered in 1967, the DSC Foundation is governed by a Board of
Trustees composed of volunteers from the College’s ten-county service area.
Coming from a variety of backgrounds, these individuals share one common goal:
advancing the interests of higher education in northwest Georgia.
Decision-making authority lies with an Executive Committee. The Foundation's endowment is managed by an Investment Committee. The full Board of Trustees convenes in April and October. New Trustees are introduced and officers are elected at the Annual Meeting in April.
Trustees serve a five-year term.
