Bachelor of Science Requirements In order for BS students to enroll in upper division classes they must have: (A) Successfully completed 45 hours in Areas A through F of the AS in Business Administration degree plan. These hours must include all of Area F and either MATH 2181 or MATH 2200 in Area D. (B) A grade of C or better in MATH 2181 or MATH 2200 and all Area F courses. (C) An overall GPA of 2.0 or greater. Bachelor of Applied Science Requirements In order for BAS students to enroll in the Technology Core Courses or any upper division electives they must have: (A) Completed all requirements for an AAS or an AAT degree. (B) Completed the Bridge Curriculum courses or their equivalent with a grade of C or better. (C) Completed MATH 2200 with a C or better.   (D) An overall GPA of 2.0 or greater. All successful applicants to the BS and BAS programs will be required to complete the Business II Test of Educational Testing Service's Major Field Achievement Test. Any student may seek a waiver to these requirements by submitting a letter outlining the basis for their request to the chair of the division's admissions committee. Bachelor of Social Work Requirements In order for BSW students to enroll in the upper division classes they must have: (A) Successfully completed the AA in Social Work degree. (B) Met the prerequisites for upper-division coursework. (C) An overall GPA of 2.5 or greater.

Management (BBA) This degree program is designed to prepare graduates for careers leading to leadership roles in business and other management settings.  The academic program is designed to give students the analytic and conceptual tools to address a wide variety of problems including financial, human, political and legal. To be successful, graduates with a BBA degree in management must work for common goals and be able to communicate and execute the mission and objectives of the organizations they are chosen to lead. This degree requires passing the Regents' Testing Program.

Management Information Systems (BS) This program will prepare graduates to meet the challenges of a career in information systems management.  This field is one of the fastest growing areas of need within the business, service, and governmental communities.  Major industries within the area that have need for MIS graduates include: carpet manufacturers, health care providers, and government agencies.  This degree requires passing the Regents' Testing Program.

Technology Management (BAS) This program is designed to provide applicants who have earned an Associate of Applied Science or Technology degree in Business, Health, Services, and Technology the opportunity to continue their education.  The BAS degree will prepare students to pursue a management position in the area of their AAS/AAT degree.  The combination of a well founded technical education coupled with the management courses will prepare graduates for both technical and managerial positions in a variety of business settings.   This degree requires passing the Regents' Testing Program.

Marketing Systems (BS) The degree in Marketing Systems is designed to meet a high priority need of business and industry in Northwest Georgia.  The program is designed to give graduates a systems-based foundation in the marketing process, which will prepare them for positions in marketing, professional sales, market research, advertising, e-tailing, and e-commerce.  The focus of the program involves development of sales and marketing professionals who are knowledgeable about current and emerging computer technologies and how these technologies can be employed to develop individual, interactive relationships with customers.

Social Work (BSW) This program will prepare graduates to enter generalist social work practice under professional supervision in a variety of social service and health care settings.  Attainment of at least a third-year advanced level of Spanish language fluency and an intensive knowledge of Hispanic-Latino cultures will enable communication with recently arrived Hispanic-Latino families in the Northwest Georgia area.  The program meets all standards of the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) and will prepare its graduates to compete successfully for admission to accredited Master of Social Work programs at the advanced-standing level and to exempt the first year of study in the two-year terminal degree program in Georgia and throughout the United States.    This degree requires passing the Regents' Testing Program.
