FIT 4 LIFE
Need motivation-too many excuses?
Need advice on losing weight?
Need tips with time management-no excuses to being healthy?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then join the "FIT 4 LIFE" support group at Campus Recreation.
To join, just drop-in on a meeting time and meet other DSC students, faculty and staff on campus that are also working on living a healthy lifestyle.
When: first and last of Monday of each month at 5:30pm & first and last Wednesday of each month at 12:15pm (begins 1/28/13 & 1/30/13)
Everyone is welcome! Find out how others are eating healthier, prioritizing their time, getting motivated to exercise, and much more when it comes to being healthy. Talking with others that are going through the same issues with living a healthy lifestyle will keep you dedicated and motivated to be a healthier you!

Spring 2013 Fitness Classes
Instructor: Anne Loughren: AFAA Certified Personal Trainer
When: Check classes below for start date
Cost: Free - drop-in and be ready to get fit
Dress appropriately - you will be doing various movements
Annesanity - FREE!
Total body INSANE workouts that will get your heart rate up, your abs and muscles burning and leave you asking for more...ANNESANITY!
When: Tuesdays, 5:30pm-6:10pm (begins January 15)
Where: Gym or Outside
Fitness Level: Beginners to Advanced - you will work at your fitness level.

Fitness Center Orientations - FREE!
For those that need to learn or need a refrsher course on the basic operation of the cardio and/or free weight machines.
When: Mondays, 12:30pm; Tuesdays, 9:30am; Wednesdays, 4:30pm
Where: DSC Fitness Center Information Desk (downstairs)
Instructor: Campus Recreation Staff (this is not personal training)
Personal Training - FREE!
Consultation appointments are required before beginning personal training.
When: First and Last week of each month
Mondays, 3:15pm; Tuesdays, 11am; Wednesdays, 12:15pm & 4:30pm
Where: Bandy Gym Classroom
Approximate time is 1-1.5 hours depending on number of people. 10 people max at each appointment time; first come basis
Mats provided. Bring water. Don't eat right before class. Dress appropriately.
