Dress appropriately - you will be
doing various movements
Tight & Tone - Glutes & Thighs
Get a great workout with challenging exercises that will isolate your glutes
and thighs leaving you feeling the burn!
When: Mon &
Wed, 5:30pm-6pm (begins Jan 18)
Where: Gym or Outside
Fitness Level: Beginners to Advanced - you will work at
your fitness level.

Power Ab's
Cure the boredom of your ab routine and feel the burn of a new routine that
will get your core in shape by challenging your abs and back to various
exercises using balls, weight's and gliding discs!
When:
Tue & Thur, 5:30 pm-6pm (begins Jan 17)

Mats provided. Bring water. Don't eat right before class.
