Dalton State College's Center for Continuing
Education, in conjunction with CompuTaught, offers Computer-based
Independent Study Courses in Real Estate. Independent Study offers
interactive instruction via a personal computer (IBM compatible) and is
approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. This method of learning
requires no classroom attendance or in-class hours. Registration can be
completed by visiting

course."
Prerequisite: Basic computer skills.

Whether you are just starting in real estate or are in need of continuing
education credits, these programs offer it all. And individualized
instruction allows each student to advance at his or her own pace. Support
is available for questions or assistance.
You will need the following computer

- An IBM PC compatible computer (450 MHz Intel
Pentium II Processor or equivalent with 128MB RAM)
- SVGA (800x600) video card, driver, and
monitor
- MS Windows 98/Me/2000/XP*
- MS standard Arial, Times New Roman,
Symbol and Wingdings fonts
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher
Participants can purchase and download
course material directly from the Internet or purchase a CD-ROM version.
Requirements for either option are listed below. Note: An $8 shipping
charge will be added to CD-ROM course fees.
