Welcome to Dalton State's Center for Economic Research and Entrepreneurship. Our objective is to assist local Chambers of Commerce, economic development organizations, businesses, and service organizations by conducting in-depth and meaningful research and to serve as a first point of contact for economic and business trends.

This Center also serves the academic community. Faculty members engage with the business community thereby strengthening the relationship between Dalton State College and the community. Students are a key component of the Center where they gain valuable work experience in addition to their academic training.

Dalton State's School of Business program is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), an achievement fewer than five percent of business schools in the world obtain.
