Steps 2002

In June 2002, the program grew to include eighty students from Dalton, Whitfield, and Murray middle schools attended summer classes at Dalton State.

Five instructors taught English, Math, Science, and Social Studies.

Due to Ms. Pontonio's unanticipated resignation from ESOL leadership at Dalton High, no high school students attended.

Program coordinators were Dr. Monte Salyer and Ms. Daphne Jackson.
