Course Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of Sociology 2293, students should have the ability to demonstrate the following course learning outcomes:
1. Students will demonstrate the ability to articulate and analyze perspectives and values of diverse cultural groups and their historical experiences in the United States.
2. Students will demonstrate the ability to analyze influences on the marriage and family, such as those of social institutions, economic resources, racial and ethnic diversity, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
3. Students will demonstrate the ability to gather and analyze data concerning the circumstances that may contribute to the success or failure of marriage.
