Biography:
Dr. Waskey has been teaching at Dalton State College for 20 years. He holds a BS in Textiles from Georgia Institute of Technology; a Ph. D. from the University of Southern Mississippi; and a M. Div. from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He has also studied at the Episcopal Seminary of the Southwest, Columbia Theological Seminary and at other institutions. He is the author of numerous academic articles and is currently working on a book on the history of Jordan.

Dr. Waskey is the Dalton State College European Union Certificate Program Representative, the faculty advisor to the Philosophy Club, He is the administrator for the Georgia Government Exemption Exam. He is a specialist on John Calvin.
