Biography:

Kent Harrelson is a native of North Carolina. He received a B. A. in music from Gardner-Webb College (now Gardner-Webb University). He holds an M. A. in English from Appalachian State University and a Ph. D. in English from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now the University of Louisiana at Lafayette). He has taught at DSC since 1994.
