Biography:
Keith Perry is a native of Tidewater, Virginia, and has taught English at James Madison University, the University of South Carolina, and Auburn University. He is the author of The Kingfish in Fiction: Huey P. Long and the Modern American Novel (Louisiana State University Press, 2004), the co-editor of Larry Brown and the Blue-Collar South: A Collection of Critical Essays (University Press of Mississippi, 2008), and the guest editor of a special volume of the journal Post Script: Essays in Film and the Humanities on the films of Joel and Ethan Coen (Winter/Spring 2008).
