The Office of Institutional Effectiveness coordinates institutional effectiveness functions between the School of Technology at Dalton State College and the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG).  These functions include:

• Facilitating school compliance with state and federal mandates.
• Coordinates the TCSG Performance Accountability Review (PAR)
• Collecting and reporting demographic and other data necessary for the annual Performance Accountability System (PAS) Report
• Developing and submitting annual School of Technology State Improvement Budget and Federal Carl Perkins Funding Application and monitoring expenditures
• Course scheduling and staffing for industry classes
• Part-time instructor staffing
• Coordinating student/faculty evaluation process
