The "must" and "should" statements are found throughout the SACS 1998 Criteria for Accreditation. The "must" statements are requirements for accreditation where as the "should" statements are advisory and are not requirements. Twelve "musts" statements and three "should" statements are in the Institutional Effectiveness section. Dr. Dennis Cook is the Must Statement Auditor for the 2003 Self-Study.
