The Fiscal Affairs Office administers and maintains financial accountability allowing the institution to proceed appropriately with the college’s approved statement of purpose and mission. Coordination of the financial operations through Plant Operations, Business Services, Procurement, Public Safety, and Human Resources provide direction and leadership for implementation and execution of the college’s goals and mission.

Welcome to Dalton State College's web site for the Office of the Vice President for Fiscal Affairs. In my role as Vice President and Chief Business Officer, I hold responsibility for the financial integrity of the College, and have responsibility for optimal management of the Colleges cash balances and reserves. I also have responsibility for managing the financial operations and procurement. Although the routine functions of the Fiscal Affairs offices are primarily associated with budgets, finance, accounting, procurement, and contracts, the central objective of these offices is to support and enhance the College.
