One month after signing a letter of intent at Dalton State College, officials of the Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel (HUB) executed an agreement in Dilbeek, Belgium, for the two schools to enter into an international exchange program that will eventually involve students, faculties, and administrators of the two institutions.
