Training is provided for DSC faculty and staff as a service of OCIS. Training is provided each semester based on suggested topics submitted by faculty and staff. Each semester an email is sent requesting needs and suggestions for training topics, as well as preferred training days, times, and styles. Based on these results and common help-desk calls to OCIS, a training program is developed each semester. Faculty and staff are encouraged to submit suggestions and attend sessions.
Because all learning does not take place in a class or training session, OCIS is constantly developing and investigating tutorials and self-paced training material. Current materials and tutorials can be found below.
