What do I do in case there is a Natural Gas Leak?

1. If a natural gas leak is found, evacuate the room without turning on or off any utilities including lights.
2. Close the door to the room to help confine the fumes.
3. Contact Public Safety at ext. 4461. Give your name, department and location of the leak.
4. Do not return to the room until told to do so by the Public Safety Officer at the scene.
5. Suspected gas leak or suspicious odors should also be reported to Public Safety.
