If an error is made, contact the Roadrunner Card & Business Center no later than 30 days after the error appears. The cardholder’s name, ID number, and a dollar amount with description of the transaction in question are required. The results of the investigation in most cases should be available within 14 days of notification. Should more time be needed, the investigation may take up to a maximum of 45 days. The results of the investigation will be emailed to the cardholder through their Dalton State email.
