What is a Visitor Card?
A Visitor Card is issued by the Roadrunner Card & Business Center and can only be used for printing and copying. The card can be purchased from the PHiL in Roberts Library and costs $1. It can be loaded and reloaded with funds at the PHiL or by visiting the Roadrunner Card & Business Center located in the Lower Level of the Pope Student Center. No refunds are issued for funds on Visitor Cards for any reason.
Do I need a Visitor Card to print or copy?
Yes. All visitors need a Visitor Card to print or copy.
Do I need to add funds to my card before I can use it?
Yes. The Visitor Card does not have money preloaded on it.
How do I load money onto my Visitor Card?
Money can be added by visiting the PHiL in the Library or the Roadrunner Card & Business Center in the Lower Level of the Pope Student Center .
Can I use a credit or debit card to add money to my Visitor Card?
No. Cash or checks are the only accepted forms of payment for Visitor Cards.
Do I need to buy another card if mine runs out of money?
No. Visitor Cards can be recharged indefinitely at the PHiL station and Roadrunner Card & Business Center in the Lower Level of the Pope Student Center.
Can I get a refund for my Visitor Card?
No refunds are issued for Visitor Cards. This is a no-exceptions policy, and applies to lost Visitor Cards, cards with unused funds, cards purchased in error, and all other cases.
Are Visitor Cards the same as Roadrunner Cash?
No. Roadrunner Cash and Visitor Cards are completely separate. While either card can be used for printing and copying, the Visitor Card can only be used for printing and copying. Visitor Cards do not grant access otherwise intended for Dalton State students and faculty/staff.
