Sophomore education students studying Education 2120 (Sociocultural
Issues in Education) with Dr. Lourdes Diaz Soto recently completed
collages depicting their readings about educational equity. In their
work, the students focused on the power of words, the power of the
past, the power of critique, the power of social action, rethinking
school culture, and equitable assessment. The student collages are
currently on display on the first floor of the Roberts Library.
