Welcome to Dalton State College and the New Student Orientation Program! Here, you will find…the sky’s the limit. During Orientation, new students and parents are welcomed to a campus community that is enriched with strong academics, dedicated professors, a friendly staff, engaged students, and many opportunities for enhanced leadership.
Orientation Leaders and faculty mentors are both an integral part of our Orientation sessions, and they are ready to help teach YOU how to succeed academically and personally. In addition, they are here to advise and guide you not only in class registration, but also in other student service areas like vehicle registration, financial aid information, clubs and organizations, and public safety on campus.
As you can see, your Orientation session is just the beginning of a very exciting year for new DSC students. So, take our advice… attend Orientation, get advised, register for classes and remember…the sky’s the limit!
