It is important to make early preparations for
financial aid. If planned properly, HOPE Scholarship
funding and most financial aid programs can be
applied to an accredited study abroad opportunity.
Also, you should consider a student loan to help you
participate in this once in a lifetime opportunity.
Contact the DSC Financial Aid Office for specific
information on using your financial aid package
toward study abroad.
DSC Foundation Study Abroad Scholarships: Each
year the DSC Foundation awards scholarships, based
upon both merit and financial need, to DSC students
participating in USG study abroad programs.
2009 DSC Foundation Study Abroad Scholarship
applications will be available here on November 1.
STARS Program - Work and Study Abroad Stipends.
Students work on-campus prior to their study abroad
experience and receive compensation to help offset
the cost of their program. Students can earn up to
$500 per semester and may work more than one
