Instruction is provided free to adults in the Murray and Whitfield County areas in the basic skills of Reading, Math, English, preparation to take the General Education Development tests (GED). The English Literacy Program (ELP) provides English instruction to non-English speaking adults.
Instruction is offered at various sites within the two county areas.
GED Testing is offered at DSC in the School of Technology.
Approved State of Georgia picture identification required.
Persons 16 or 17 years old, and no longer enrolled in school, must meet under-age GED Testing requirements for the State of Georgia before taking the GED Tests.
