| Through a wide variety of programs, the School of Technology seeks to
provide lifelong learning opportunities for personal growth, workforce
productivity, and community service. We serve all segments of North
Georgia’s diverse population by offering schedules that appeal to both
traditional and non-traditional students. As you study the wide range of
programs in this Web site, I hope you will find the one area that you have
been searching for in order to establish or strengthen a career. Through the
HOPE Grant, every Mini-certificate and Certificate program is eligible for
Georgia Lottery Funds that pay for tuition and book fees for qualified
Georgia residents. Please visit

Our courses are offered in a variety of times, days,
and locations. Many courses are taught at industry sites throughout our
service area and in dual enrollment classes at the local high schools. The
faculty of the School of Technology have excellent training and expertise in
their fields. They work closely with industry and local high school
educators to insure that the curriculum is up-to-date and relevant. They
recognize that work ethics must be emphasized in all classes in order to
graduate a well-educated workforce.
If you have questions as you study the different programs, please call the
School of Technology office at 706-272-4410 to be connected to the person
who can supply the information you need. Of course, you may email any of the
instructors directly if you choose.
Again, thank you for considering the DSC School of Technology.
