As one of the 31 institutions of higher education that compose the University System of Georgia, Dalton State College employs almost 500 faculty and staff in the service of over 5,000 students. In addition, the College pumps over $100 million dollars into the regional economy each year and partners with Northwest Georgia school systems, businesses, industries, community organizations, and governments to improve the lives of citizens through education, collaboration, and community service.
