Why did you choose Dalton State? Dalton State gave me the opportunity to save so much money by doing dual enrollment, earn my associate degree a year after graduating high school, and stay close to my family.

What does it mean to you to be part of the Roadrunner Nation? It means coming together to create a better future for yourself no matter your age or background.

What do you plan to do after graduation? After graduating with my associate degree, I plan to transfer to the Georgia Institute of Technology to study aerospace engineering

Who is/was your favorite professor and why? Professor Gonzalez and Professor Hilgemann would have to be my favorites because they are by far the best math teachers I have ever seen. I have never been able to understand math so clearly until I took their classes.

What activities are you involved in on campus? I am a part of the Tutoring Center.

What are some of your biggest achievements or accomplishments at Dalton State? Never having to park at the convention center

Where is your favorite study spot? The upstairs level of the library

What is the last book you read? “Saturn Run”

What is your guilty pleasure? Drinking milk with my popcorn

What did you want to be when you were a kid? Kim Possible (still want to be her)

As a Roadrunner, what does it mean to Run Boldly? To Run Boldly means to chase your dreams without fear of failure, because failure is also how we learn.
