Why did you choose Dalton State? Because Dalton State has one of the top radiology programs in the state.
What do you plan to do after graduation? I plan on applying to get a certificate in Radiation Therapy from Chattanooga State and getting a full-time job in a hospital in either radiation therapy or x-ray.
What activities are you involved in on campus? Alpha Omicron Pi and Rad Tech Club
What are some of your biggest achievements or accomplishments at Dalton State? Being the Activities Chairman of AOII and planning big events like Greek Olympics which is going to become an annual event on campus.
Where is your favorite study spot? In the upper part of the library at one of the tables that is close to the windows. I like to be able to look outside when I need a little study break.
What is your best memory so far as part of the Roadrunner Nation? Getting to watch the Basketball team bring home the Championship trophy. I loved how pumped up the student center was and all the energy when they won.
What is the last book you read? “Mosby’s Comprehensive Review of Radiology” (Totally a nerd.. All I do is study)
Favorite comfort food? Latifiah Collins’ chicken salad. I could eat it all day every day and never get tired of it. Possibly one of the best chicken salads out there
If you had a theme song, what would it be? “Keep your Head Up” by Andy Grammer
Favorite line from a movie? “Just keep swimming” - Finding Nemo
If you won the lottery, what would you do? I would open a cat sanctuary. My sanctuary will help get animals out of shelters giving them a wonderful home and the ability to be adopted.
What cheers you up? Animal videos especially ones that have to do with kittens or puppies. I can spend hours and hours watching them.
What is your favorite childhood memory? Going to the pet store and adopting my cat Cupid because we went to look at fish and hermit crabs then decided to adopt a cat.
If you could go back in history, who would you like to meet? Wihlem Roentgen. He was the German physicist who discovered x-rays in 1895.
What is your favorite app? Pinterest because of all the different things you can find on it. I probably have about forty different boards that I pin to almost every day.
What did you want to be when you were a kid? I wanted to be a dentist, or a princess, or a dentist that was a princess
What does it mean to you to be part of the Roadrunner Nation? To me being part of Roadrunner Nation is a being part of a big family where there is always someone there for you.
