Mashburn Hall Suites, Rooms Available for Rent

Dalton State could be an ideal location for camps or conferences looking for overnight accommodations.

Mashburn Hall is available for reservation during the summer months to groups or individuals who have internships in the Dalton Area, said Matthew McCarthy-Clark, associate director of Residential Life.

“Dalton State is a great location, a one-stop shop, for summer groups,” he said. “We have academic and recreational facilities, a residence hall, dining services, hiking trails, and proximity to major cities. As far as interns, we are offering them reasonable housing with flexible move-in and move-out dates to make it easier for them to find housing in the Dalton area.”

Monthly package options are available for summer interns. Mashburn Hall offers inexpensive, clean, comfortable air-conditioned space with 200 beds available.

Summer accommodations include double and single rooms with bathrooms and a small entryway within each suite. Each room is fully furnished with one or two twin extra-long beds, dresser, desk and chair, closet, secure entry into hall and individual rooms, Wi-Fi throughout the building, common area kitchens on each floor and unique break-out nooks for small gatherings, studying or meetings.

Each adult is required to have a background check.
