Small group or individual sessions are offered, but not always both. Which format to be offered, will be mentioned with the information given below.

Wellness Coaching Wednesday's:
Everyone wants to have a healthy well-being, but not everyone knows how to get there or has hit a roadblock with their wellness. A wellness coach helps you achieve your goals of wellness by working with you to set goals and then a plan of action to achieve those goals. Note: This is not counseling or personal training. This sessions are not individual sessions. However, if you need more coaching or you need a private session, that possibly can be arranged.
Registration ends Tuesday, March 31st at 7:00 pm!
To register, email Anne Loughren at email@example.com. You will then be sent via your DSC email a link to join Teams before your session begins. You must have the Teams app on your device. Teams is free.
Example email when registering:
"Anne, I would like to register for wellness coaching at 11:00 am."
This person has registered for all 4 dates at 11:00 am.
Session Dates: April 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd. When registering for you time, you are registering for all 4 dates.
Session Times: 11:00 am, 2:00 pm, 4:00 pm. Register for only 1 time session.
At your session time, you will be joining Anne and those in your group for all 4 Wednesday's using the Microsoft Teams app.
Each session time is limited to 10 participants. Sessions are 45 minutes.

Fitness Center Hours: Due to COVID-19, Bandy Gym is closed.
Monday - Thursday: 7 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Friday: 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Sunday: 4 - 8 p.m.
*When classes are not in session, hours will be adjusted accordingly.
