Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) with Wright School of Business

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) has completed its tenth year of service in the Dalton community. The program is carried out on the Dalton State Campus throughout the week and on weekends. WSOB students from the professional development course volunteer time as receptionists for the program.

In 2023, students completed and filed 345 Federal Tax Returns and 355 State Returns from late January through mid-March. The College provided 312 volunteer hours.
