Three Wright School of Business students were invited to represent Dalton State at a Emory University Hispanic Heritage month case conference.
Competing were Nancy Rangel, Jacqui Duarte, and Erika Corona. Classmate Arturo Hernandez also attended the conference.
Emory University annually holds the invitation-only conference to a mimic real-world business scenario where participants solve a problem based on information from a case study. Teams presented their recommendations and analysis to judges in a formal presentation then must answer questions.
The students also had networking opportunities and worked with master's level students and coaches during the conference.
