The Social Work Club is planing to host a 5K on campus to raise funds for the Social Work Club. Funds will be used for future club events, senior leadership recognition, and community outreach programs. We are excited to host this annual fundraiser event for the first time this year. We plan to start the race at 9 AM sharp. Participants that register prior to the deadline on October 1st and pay the registration fee on race day will receive our Social Work Club "Fall Into Action" T-Shirt designed by our Vice President, Jennifer Reed, and a racing bib. There will be water provided, a community resource fair, and some spooky treats available at the conclusion of the race. We invite any DSC Students to participate but any members of the community are welcome as well. We invite you to race in a fun Halloween costume, but it is not required for participation.
