Seamless Technical Support for Your Events

Technical Assistance for events is provided by DSC staff. An event technician may be requested for set up and break down of the event or to assist for the duration of the event. Assistance also consists of requesting a Guest PC login for use of a teacher station to access the projector in a room and guest WIFI credentials. A/V setups and portable sound system are available in some non-classroom locations. Technical assistance must be requested in advance on the facility request form and is required for the duration of any events in Memorial Goodroe Auditorium.

No external technical or A/V equipment may be brought in for use on campus.

No changes are allowed to be made to the work/teaching stations or other technical equipment by anyone other than DSC technical staff.
