Dalton State Wright School of Business inducts new members into prestigious honor society

Dalton State’s Wright School of Business inducted 23 new students and one faculty member into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society during its 17th induction ceremony held in April. Beta Gamma Sigma is a prestigious international honor society that recognizes the top 10% of undergraduate students in AACSB-accredited business schools worldwide.

“This induction is not only a recognition of what these students have accomplished, but what they’re going to do,” said Dalton State President John Fuchko during the ceremony. “Our students are prepared for meaningful careers, thoughtful leadership and active civic engagement. These students now serve as ambassadors for Dalton State and the broader business profession, and I am confident these students’ futures are bright and filled with opportunity.”

This year’s student inductees were Viviana Avila, Owen Henry Brooker, Adam R Cooper, Mariana Cortes, Jacob Alan Duzan, Mariana Delanie Easley, Alex Chandler Fraley, Ulises Medina Hernandez, Elisama Hinojosa, Giovanni Huitanda, Erich Charles Johnson, Cole T Johnston, Andrew Chadwick Kinser, Jennifer Rosemary Lopez, Isaac Thomason Mantooth, Madelynn Irene Ritchey, Jacqueline Sanchez, Maximus Stone, Zach Jonah Tatum, Seth Thomas Griffin, Enrique Soto and Macy Danielle Newton. This year’s faculty inductee was Hannah Makarzyk.
