Employees and students will be treated equally regarding parking regulations at Dalton State College. ALL employees and students parked in spaces for visitor, undesignated, or handicapped (without proper registration of vehicle) will be issued parking tickets. Car registration is required for DSC employees when the vehicle is parked on DSC property.
AT NO TIME are employees allowed to park in spaces marked for visitors during business hours. Employee and student vehicles parked in visitor spaces are subject to traffic violation citations. Faculty, staff, and students may not park in the Public Safety lot. Spaces are reserved for DSC fleet vehicles and those driving these vehicles.
Any accidents occurring on Dalton State College campus must be reported to Public Safety immediately. The driver(s) involved in any accidents on campus resulting in the injury to, or death of, or damage to any property of another shall immediately stop their vehicle at the scene of the accident. The persons involved should remain at the scene of the accident until an officer arrives and completes the investigation. Additional parking rules and regulations may be found at:
