- Reflect on personal values and peer influence when it comes to alcohol and substance use
- Identify at least one harm reduction strategy to promote safety and reduce risk.
- Commit to one action that helps prevent alcohol/drug-related crashes or injuries.
- Practice communication skills to intervene and support peers in high-risk situations
- Understand and challenge common social norms around drinking.
