Georgia College & State University

Students graduating from Dalton State’s Wright School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration can easily transition into one of four online master’s programs or three graduate certificates offered through Georgia College & State University due to an articulation agreement between the schools. The agreement allows Wright School of Business graduates who meet certain criteria to be accepted into a Georgia College master’s program in business administration, accounting, management information systems or logistics and supply chain management.

Dalton State students with a 3.5 cumulative GPA can even apply for early admission into any of the graduate programs mentioned above.

Program detail will indicate each of the following:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration degree completed at Dalton State College’s WSOB;
  • Student performance criteria and program specific admissions requirements to the MLSCM Program, MMIS Program, and the MMIS Graduate Certificates at Georgia College & State University:
    • 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA at Dalton State College;
    • Waiver of GMAT/GRE exam requirement by Georgia College & State University;
    • Waiver of Application fee from Georgia College & State University.
  • Student performance criteria and program specific admissions requirements to the MAcc Program at Georgia College & State University:
    • 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA and 3.0 or higher GPA in BBA Major in Accounting at Dalton State College;
    • Waiver of GMAT/GRE exam requirement by Georgia College & State University;
    • Waiver of Application fee from Georgia College & State University.
  • Student performance criteria and program specific admissions requirements to the Georgia WebMBA® Program at Georgia College & State University:
    • 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA;
    • Two years of documented related work experience;
    • Waiver of GMAT/GRE exam requirement by Georgia College & State University;
    • Waiver
  • BBA Students at Junior status with a 3.5 cumulative GPA at Dalton State College may apply for early admission to the MLSCM, MMIS, MAcc, and the MMIS Graduate Certificate Programs at Georgia College & State University; the waiver of the GMAT/GRE and application fee applies.
  • Any Dalton State College student who has successfully completed all requirements indicated in the program detail will, upon application, be accepted at Georgia College & State University (including current and former DSC students).
