The application for the Summer 2024 LPN cohort will open on December 1, 2023 and remain open until March 10, 2024. The Summer 2024 cohort will begin May 2024. Applicants may apply any time during the application period.

Before completing the online application, please read the application instructions below to be certain you are eligible to apply. Applicants must have a Dalton State email address and log-in to apply for the program.
