Fitness and Wellness Programs
Campus recreation's fitness classes and wellness programs educate, promote, and encourage a healthy well-being among the DSC community. Fitness classes give students and employees of all fitness levels an opportunity to participate in various forms of exercise improving their stamina and strength. Wellness programs give students and employees the opportunity to learn about how to live a healthy lifestyle through weight management, stress reduction techniques and behavior change modification. Living a healthy lifestyle increases a student's success during and beyond the college years.

Fitness Center Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 7 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Friday: 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Sunday: 4 - 8 p.m.
*When classes are not in session, hours will be adjusted accordingly.
